In parallel to the above investments, Kerry is recruiting for the role Sales Support Coordinator for our Laval, Quebec site.

Bio-K+ ’s history began over 30 years ago, with the discovery of three remarkable and unique probiotic strains. Ever since our humble beginnings in the 1990s, our mission has always been focused on promoting people’s health through food and science. Over our +30 years of history, we grew from 10 employees to a global company, owned by the renowned Kerry Group. The business expanded from a Québec-based natural health food outlet to an international network of pharmacies, health food and grocery stores and hospitals in Canada and the United States. Canada is where Bio-K+ was born. The brand has a strong presence in Quebec region as the “#1 recommended probiotic brand in Quebec” 8 years in a roll. The rest of Canada is still a big opportunity for the brand to increase awareness and drive stronger sales. In the U.S. we are very strong in the natural channel (i.e. Whole Foods, Sprouts). We have ambition to grow in Food, Drug and mass channels.

About The Role As a Sales Support Coordinator , you will be responsible for supporting North American sales activities. The candidate will be in daily interaction with the internal sales team as well as with the various stakeholders in the field (sales and marketing team, demo staff, brokers, distributors, customers, etc.).

Specifically, The Primary Responsibilities Are To

  • Support and assist major account managers, brokers and sales managers on a daily basis for the Canadian and American teams;
  • Create and update effective tools for the sales force;
  • Create, update and communicate internal/external work procedures/guides;
  • Provide administrative support for projects and changes in the company such as launches, withdrawals and modifications of products and services;
  • Prepare analysis reports for various sales activities; sales reports, activity tracking;
  • Manage inventory (catalog and physical), orders and distribution of promotional materials and sales tools;
  • Work with the different teams for the continuous improvement of the various sales processes and computer systems;
  • M anagement of the various external portals (Whole Foods, Sprouts, Gelson's, GS1, 1 World Sync, IX-ONE);
  • Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of in-store demonstrations;
  • P OS Sales analysis: Analyze POS trends, Category analysis. Build a story from analysis to explain the trends, impact of sales growth or decline;
  • Manage customer portal tasks like submission of new listings, promotions management.

Skills Sought

  • University or College degree in sales, administration or equivalent;
  • H ave 1 year or more of experience as a sales coordinator or any equivalent experience will be considered;
  • B ilingualism French and English (verbal and written);
  • Be organized, rigorous and recognized for your effectiveness;
  • Ability to manage emergencies and priorities in a short-term environment;
  • Positive, empathetic, excellent team player;
  • Demonstrate autonomy and proactivity;
  • Develop and maintain a professional and high-quality customer relationship;
  • Good knowledge of Word, Power Point, Excel, Salesforce;
  • Commit to integrating quality into all of its activities.
