Join us as a Regional Business Process Expert and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in any of these sites Mississauga (ON), St-Bruno (QC), Naperville (IL)- New Castle (DE)
Provide support to business requirements related to ERP Migration by setting up/ updating processes and provide SAP support.
Operational Responsibilities:
ERP Management:
- Management of the ERP System and related application interfaces in line with GSI and Alstom’s Standard ways of working:
- Define and deploy localized methods for control, in line with GSI and Alstom’s standard ways of working.
- Drive/push for improvements/innovations to the current GSI Solution and Alstom’s standard ways of working that yield true and validated savings.
- Ensure Master Data Integrity.
- Manage and implement change requests on behalf of the business.
- Coordination of Change Request Validation (UAT) amongst the Key User Community
- Supplier & Customer Interface integrity.
- Other interface integrity as it relates to physical, informational or financial flows.
- Resolution support and escalation with BPO’s and IS&T.
- Lead ERP related activities and objectives within the local Key User Community.
- Manage SOD compliance for user roles in accordance with Alstom objectives.
ERP Project Deployments:

Communicate project objectives, status, and risks effectively with Alstom management, project team members, customers, and key stakeholders.

Participate in operational review meetings to translate business needs into functional requirements.
-
Manage the effective transition of requirements to the delivery team ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

Identify risks and formally manage risk mitigation plans in coordination with the project team and/or customer.

Prepare project status reports and facilitate project review meetings.
-
Identify potential customizations, interfaces, and data migration/mapping methods.
-
Write test plans and scripts for validating the proposed solutions.
-
Educate end users on effective use of application features.
-
Develop end user training plans and materials.
-
Train and support end users prior to cutover and during final cut over.
Required Profile
College Diploma preferred
5 years of experience required
SAP experience
ERP experience required
Strong Computer Skills including MS office
Office environment
