About the role
Caddie is partnering with Spoonity to find a Product Manager to help modernize the loyalty platform powering millions of customer interactions across 30+ countries.
About Spoonity
Spoonity is a leading provider of white-label loyalty and gift card solutions for mid-market hospitality merchants — including restaurants, retailers, and hotels. They help their clients deepen customer relationships and drive brand engagement through powerful, data-driven loyalty programs and marketing automation.
With a presence in over 30 countries and 4 continents, Spoonity is expanding rapidly. They’re looking for passionate, high-impact people to help them scale their platform and accelerate their growth — all while transforming how merchants engage with their customers.
About the role
Spoonity is looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve their core loyalty platform — the engine behind tens of millions of customer interactions worldwide. You’ll be at the center of maintaining and modernizing their legacy systems, ensuring their merchants and their customers continue to experience reliable, seamless loyalty journeys.
You think in flows, edge cases, and data models. You may not write production code anymore (or ever did), but you’re at home working through system diagrams, API docs, and debugging sessions with engineers. You’re driven by the desire to build products that feel seamless, even when they sit on top of messy realities — legacy infrastructure, third-party dependencies, complex integrations. You ask smart questions, move with urgency, and always keep the end-user in focus.
What you’ll do
- Own the roadmap for the loyalty platform: maintain its stability while driving improvements and modernization efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, support, customer success, and sales to translate merchant needs into impactful solutions.
- Prioritize ruthlessly: balance short-term fixes against long-term technical health and growth.
- Gather and analyze feedback from internal teams and external users to inform your decision-making.
- Bring a data-driven mindset to product planning and performance tracking.
Who you are:
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or platform-focused roles.
- Experience working on complex systems — including APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and legacy platforms.
- A strong product sense and the ability to build mental models quickly, ask sharp questions, and anticipate user needs.
- Demonstrated experience leading company-wide initiatives influencing technical roadmaps
- Strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles and best practices
- Strong prioritization, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication across business, design, and engineering audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with B2B or merchant-facing products, ideally in loyalty, martech, or hospitality tech.
- Awareness of how payments systems and consumer fraud vectors operate in real-world applications.
What you'll get from Spoonity
- Autonomy and trust. Leadership and accountability are important values at Spoonity. You will be given a plethora of opportunities to lead projects, make suggestions, and have your voice heard.
- Recognition. Your contributions will matter. You will be directly impacting the success of our clients, and by-extension, the experiences of their customers on a daily basis.
- Awesome perks! Besides a competitive salary, we also offer a slew of extras on top (mentioned below). We firmly believe that happy employees are productive employees, so we all go out of our way to make each other the best we can be.
Pay and benefits
- Base salary range is $105,000 - $120,000
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits
- Generous annual hardware and home office stipend
- Unlimited vacation with a minimum mandatory time off
- Monthly team events
- RRSP matching program
- Flexible work environment
Hybrid work at Spoonity
- Team members come into the office 1 - 2 days a week. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.
