Tin Shack is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to work full-time in their Collingwood office(s).
Tin Shack, founded in 1993, is a respected and successful Canadian importer of Blundstone and Glerups footwear brands. The Company distributes the brands through retailers in every province and territory.
About the role.
The Customer Experience Specialist will work with the Tin Shack team and is responsible for management of all of our dealer order processing, servicing and administration. This includes but is not limited to order fulfillment and all related activities, such as phone and email communications.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Service, this individual must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to represent Tin Shack and the brands professionally and enthusiastically.
Your responsibilities include:
· Maintain a professional, courteous and efficient response schedule for all dealer inquiries by email and phone regarding products, brands and orders
· Adhere to policies and procedures that encourage the efficient and effective operations of retailer fulfillment and invoicing, as well as operations of warranty servicing, leading to an unparalleled brand, product and customer service experience to our dealer community.
· Be able to accept and take responsibility for all and any dealer fulfillment issues such as inconsistent response times, errors or delays in deliveries, dealer complaints, inadequate service and so on.
· Be able to accept and take responsibility for all and any warranty issues such as assessing defects and supporting customers with their questions and concerns.
· Support the existing customer service philosophy of all our brands through consistent, fair and diplomatic communication of policies and procedures.
· Ensure every dealer interaction is a positive one.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years experience in customer service or retail experience
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· Intermediate computer skills required, SAP systems experience an asset
· Proactive personality and self-motivator
· Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task
· Detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
· Team player able to develop great relations with co-workers
· Post-Secondary Education Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-8 months
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
