What you will do as an Administrative Assistant's:
- Support the Centre Director in identifying student needs and opportunities and developing customized student learning plans
- Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
- Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
- Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
What we are looking for in an Administrative Assistant/Instructor:
- Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
- Passion for math and working with students
- Strong math skills, with capability to teach Advanced Functions and Calculus.
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance diverse responsibilities
As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week

We offer personalized instruction, proprietary worksheets, and games to build Number Sense and provide a fun and supportive environment in which children can learn and practice math.
