Job Description Join us! Specialized Clerk – 3WM EDI Supplier Are you looking to grow in a key technical role within a committed team?
As part of the centralization of the invoice matching process for Traction stores, you will be a recognized expert ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and managing a large portfolio. You will also act as a resource person for strategic projects related to 3WM.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Process all matching statuses through the EDI reconciliation console, managing and efficiently resolving rejected items.
- Analyze discrepancies, collaborate with relevant stakeholders, produce cost reports by store, and record monetary variances at month-end.
- Perform BU/GL corrections, identify and report major errors with financial or operational impacts to the appropriate partners.
- Prepare the physical inventory, keep the reconciliation console and receiving list up to date, and respond to questions related to cut-off files.
Requirements To join our team, you need:
- DEC in accounting or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in a high-volume environment, ideally in accounts payable or matching.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and solid general computer skills.
- Bilingualism in French and English, essential for effective collaboration with our teams across Canada.
