As the captive finance company of the Audi, Ducati and Volkswagen brands in Canada, Volkswagen Financial Services offers a wide range of leasing, retail financing and protection plans expertly tailored to meet the needs of our customers. Additionally, we provide commercial financing products to Audi, Ducati, and Volkswagen Dealers.

Role summary

In this position you will provide VW and Audi dealers and clients with an exceptional automotive financing experience. You will reflect the values of VW Finance/Audi Finance as an organization that fosters learning and continuous improvement while at the same time, placing service excellence as our most important goal.

Role responsibilities

  • Data entry of customer and contract information.

  • Audits all documentation for completeness and compliance to Legal and VCCI guidelines and policies. Insures that the terms of the contract are consistent with the credit approval.

  • Contact dealers with identified discrepancies in file for immediate resolution if possible.

  • Contact dealers by fax, e-mail or telephone for missing, incomplete or incorrect information.

  • Analyze contract structure to assign the correct marketing program to ensure proper dealer reserve payment and/or subvention billing.

  • Generate accurate payment to the dealer for assigned contracts.

  • Assist with questions and inquires from our dealers, customers and regional office with professional communication skills.

  • Verify faxed “contracts” from Dealers.

  • Follow up on pending contracts.

Required qualifications

Formal education

  • Cégep or University degree

Years of experience

1-3 years of experience working in a financial institution and/ or in an automotive financial institution

Basic skills

  • Good written and oral communication skills (French and English). Required to effectively serve a diverse, Canada-wide client base.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, flexible, and self-reliant

  • Positive and professional image

  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel);

Work schedule

  • Work week is 37.5 hrs

  • The selected candidate must be able to work on a flexible work schedule, on rotation from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am. to 8:00 pm and on Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
