Your New Role
As Office Coordinator, you'll be the glue that holds our team together. From keeping the office running smoothly and welcoming guests, to helping onboard new hires and supporting leadership with day-to-day logistics, this role is all about keeping people connected and supported. You’ll help create a warm, efficient environment where everyone can do their best work — all while playing a key part in one of the most exciting development projects in the country.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 3–5 years of experience in office coordination or a similar administrative role
- A bachelor’s degree in administration, management, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong customer service instincts and a friendly, professional presence
- A knack for staying organized and ahead of the details
- Solid skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Comfort using and troubleshooting office equipment
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep things running behind the scenes
