Job Title: Logistics - Shipper

Location: 511 41st Street North, Lethbridge, AB

Job purpose: To ensure customer orders are gathered, packaged and delivered accurately, efficiently and safely while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Result Area

• High accuracy and efficiency in shipping/packaging/pulling orders

• Ensure orders are shipped within desired time frame

• Contributes to the orderliness of warehouse, yard and retail space

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure Shipping team’s tasks are completed on time, with a high degree of accuracy and customer satisfaction, gathering and packaging customer orders, job orders and will-call orders

• Build and repair hose assemblies

• Process customer orders and take payments, building and maintaining relationships, always providing the best in quality service and value

• Assist Yard and Receiving as needed to maintain business demands

• Contribute to cleanliness and upkeep of premises

• Prioritize customers who need to be helped, whether in yard, store, or logistics counter

• Report or correct inventory variances, observing them proactively when possible

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
