Your Impact:
TheOpenText Cloud is a purpose-built managed service environment, specifically constructed to provide customers with optimum service delivery for OpenText products.This role supports solutions primarily from the ADM and ITOM catalogs. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to hire, develop, and lead successful teams, with strong operational expertise, a mindset for AI adoption, and advanced knowledge in change and incident management processes.

As a Sr Manager, Infrastructure you will:

• Serve as a hands-on technology leader with strategic vision.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Support, Engineering, and Product.
• Lead customer onboarding and SaaS migration initiatives.
• Drive scalability and efficiency through continuous practice improvements.
• Ensure high availability and operational stability across environments.
• Foster a culture of innovation and AI-first thinking.
• Champion change and incident management best practices.
• Oversee 24x7x365 support operations, ensuring global team collaboration and technical alignment.

What you need to Succeed:

• 5+ years leading SRE, SaaS Operations, or Cloud Systems Engineering teams.
• Proven track record in hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platform operations and migrations.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS and GCP (monitoring tool experience a plus).
• Familiarity with ADM and ITOM catalogs is beneficial.
• Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, etc.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft stack (.NET, C#, SQL, Azure).
• Strong grasp of ITIL-based change and incident management, ITSM practices, and security, backup, and recovery strategies.
