Student Intern - Document Control

Your
future role on our team
BBA is looking for a motivated student intern to support our teams in organizing and handling technical documents. As a Document Control intern, you’ll help revise and format documents, track project files and ensure technical materials are properly organized and distributed according to both internal and client standards. You’ll work closely with engineers, technicians and project teams while gaining hands-on experience in document management processes in a professional engineering environment.

- Learn to revise and format project documents using established templates and standards.
- Support document control processes by assisting in issuing, receiving and logging documents into databases.
- Help maintain document registers and track changes during the project life cycle.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure documents are complete and properly structured.
- Assist in uploading and organizing files on collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Bluebeam, BIM 360).
- Assist with scanning and digitizing physical documents using Adobe Acrobat.

- Willingness to work in a collaborative and technology-driven environment
