About the role
As an Investment Advisor, you will contribute to the intake, prospecting, solicitation, development or maintenance of business relationships with members and clients. You offer a service that meets the needs of the client according to the strategies and practices in effect. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain your mutual funds license in good standing
- Adhere to the Policies and Procedures as outlined by the Dealer (DFSI)
- Create strategies to support clients’ financial needs
- Promote and provide solutions that will meet client needs based on the products and services available.
- Ensure consistency between sales objectives, sound and prudent risk management, profitability and member and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly meet with clients to analyze their needs to develop and implement appropriate solutions and present integrated service offers.
- Provide advice and support to current and potential clients.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience as Investment Advisor
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
