About the role
Tasks
- Organize preventive maintenance work while ensuring operations run efficiently, in collaboration with the transportation director.
- Participate in the installation of all plant equipment, including production lines and other related systems.
- Perform electrical installation work on industrial equipment.
- Order parts required for equipment maintenance and ensure the continuity of production operations.
- Quickly diagnose failures and implement effective solutions for production equipment, refrigeration and ventilation systems, electrical systems, and building facilities.
- Perform various welding and plumbing tasks.
- Carry out general repairs on infrastructure and equipment.
- Coordinate and execute special projects related to the maintenance or improvement of the facilities.
- Work closely with the operations and production teams, as well as with the immediate supervisor.
- Perform any other related tasks linked to the maintenance of the plant and its facilities.

Job requirements
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Electromechanics.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a production, warehousing, or distribution environment in similar roles.
- Electrical competency certificate.
- Experience in team supervision or management is an asset.
