How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Lakeland Respiratory (LLR), a Canadian home healthcare company and a subsidiary of Air Liquide Home Healthcare, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Client Service Technician/Shipper Receiver to join our team at the Vegreville location

The Client Service Technician will deliver and transport medical gas products and equipment to clients and institutions.

  • Sets up homecare equipment at patients’ home, provides training to new clients and responds to requests from current clients.
  • Provides client education on equipment function, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Performs technical checks and reviews safety instructions with clients.
  • Maintains up-to-date documentation by completing appropriate records for technical visits including equipment exchanges, deliveries, and pick-up of equipment.
  • Ensures operation of medical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements
  • Meets client needs by delivering products according to schedule and as required.
  • Ensures safe supply of gases to clients homes and transporting medical gases according to procedures and regulations.
  • Ensures correct loading of vehicle by identifying product requirements for the day/week, and unloading product or material in compliance with safety and legislative requirements.
  • Performs warehouse duties in the branches (IE: stocking shelves with supplies, shipping and receiving of products, and equipment cleaning and disinfection of patient equipment).
  • Provides after hour service to clients by participating in branch on-call rotation.

Are you a MATCH?

  • High School Diploma and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years of consecutive commercial driving/delivery experience .
  • Clean and valid driver’s abstract
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (verbal and written) in English
  • Basic computer / tablet skills
  • Good to have a knowledge of use and maintenance of respiratory home care equipment preferred; ability and willingness to learn and understand homecare equipment used by patients
  • Good to have basic mechanical/repair skills
