Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the compliance program for lending operations.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compliance or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications.
- Experience in a managerial role.
- Familiarity with compliance software and tools.
Other Relevant Details
- This position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, but may require travel to other locations.
