In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering integrated safety solutions to a diverse range of customers in and around the Sudbury area. Partnering closely with the Inside Sales team, you’ll jointly manage and grow a customer base while collaborating with technical experts and service professionals to solve real-world safety challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Drive profitable growth by working alongside your Inside Sales Partner to follow up on opportunities, align strategies, and develop accounts within your assigned territory.
- Deliver full-service solutions in partnership with Market Segment Managers, Instrumentation Specialists, and the Service Team.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their operations, identifying needs, and presenting tailored safety solutions.
- Present persuasive proposals and impactful sales presentations that position Levitt-Safety as a trusted advisor.
- Use Salesforce CRM daily to track activity, manage contacts, build your pipeline, and support decision-making.
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across our product and service offerings.
- Attend trade shows, mine rescue competitions, fit testing sessions, and other customer events to build engagement and loyalty.
- Embrace a “Think Team First” mindset by sharing knowledge and contributing to team and organizational success.
- Meet or exceed annual revenue and profit goals through a customer-centric sales approach.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales - ideally in safety, industrial, or technical fields.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently in the field while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel extensively, including to remote and industrial sites.
- A personal commitment to safety and a willingness to lead by example when it comes to workplace protocols and best practices.
