We are a busy, design-focused home staging company serving the Durham Region and Greater Toronto Area, and we’re looking to add a Staging Assistant to our team. This role supports our lead stylist with preparing and executing home staging projects from start to finish. You’ll work on-site and behind the scenes to help transform homes for sale into beautiful, market-ready spaces.
This is a part-time role with flexible hours depending on project demand. Ideal for someone with a creative eye, strong work ethic, and interest in home design or real estate marketing.
Responsibilities
Assist with on-site staging installations, including furniture and decor placement
Help pack, load, and unload staging inventory (must be comfortable with light physical work)
Follow direction from lead stylist on set-up and styling
Maintain cleanliness and care of all inventory and materials
Ensure timely and professional setup and breakdown at staging locations
Handle items with care and work efficiently in client homes
QUALIFICATIONS
Interior design, home staging, or visual merchandising background preferred
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in small teams
Strong sense of style and attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to adapt on-site
Valid driver’s license and access to transportation
Ability to lift and carry lightweight furnishings and decor
Experience with fast-paced environments is a plus
