Sales and Growth Operations Specialist
About the role
We’re searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Growth Operations Specialist to support a growing B2B team focused on scaling outbound strategy, streamlining sales execution, and optimizing post-sale processes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes: building systems, supporting outreach, and driving efficiency across the revenue funnel. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate outbound prospecting activities across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Maintain CRM hygiene, track pipeline stages, and build reporting dashboards
- Draft and customize proposals, pricing documents, and outbound collateral
- Support field sales initiatives (e.g. conferences, activations, targeted campaigns)
- Track post-sale activities and assist with client handoffs and documentation
- Build onboarding kits and internal resources (e.g. training decks, process guides)
- Respond to ad hoc sales enablement needs—from workflow support to presentation prep
- Use a variety of platforms including CRM systems, sequencing tools, collaboration software, and digital proposal builders
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue enablement, or SDR/sales support in a B2B setting
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple active workflows
- Proficient with CRM platforms, including list management and dashboard building
- Comfortable supporting outbound campaigns and sales processes
- Experience creating proposals, sales decks, and structured pricing docs
- Strong spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, trackers, formulas)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
