About the role
Direct Report: Property Manager
Are you a highly organized, detail -oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join our dynamic property management team and help us provide Genuine Care to our tenants and property owners alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Property Manager in daily operations, including tenant communication and lease administration
- Assist with obtaining contractor quotes, coordinate maintenance requests and oversee contractor schedules
- Assist with property, showings, inspections, move-ins, and move-outs
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Prepare reports and assist with budgeting and financial tracking
- Scheduling and prepping for board and budget meetings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or administrative support preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g. Yardi)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or real estate is an asset
- Comfortable working in all areas of Winnipeg
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
