You'll represent a trusted brand face-to-face with homeowners, helping them understand the benefits of solar energy while building brand awareness in new neighborhoods. You’ll be backed by experienced solar executives, supported with world-class training, and given real opportunities to grow into leadership or strategy roles.

Position: Direct-to-Home Sales & Marketing Representative

Location: Calgary, AB and surrounding communitiesSchedule: Full-time, flexible hours (including early evenings)Compensation: Base pay + uncapped commission + marketing bonuses

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct face-to-face outreach with homeowners in pre-selected neighborhoods

• Present solar energy solutions in a clear, confident, and compelling way

• Educate customers on how solar works, available incentives, and cost-saving opportunities

• Use proprietary software to build custom proposals in real time

• Collaborate with our leadership, design, and operations teams to close deals and deliver 5-star service

• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals and performance KPIs

• Have 1+ year of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or events
