Job Summary Clintar is hiring a Fleet and Landscape Operations Manager to ensure timely maintenance of the fleet, supporting consistent work schedules. Manage the crews.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine and 24/7 emergency service to Clintar’s fleet
- Advise on safe equipment use
- Maintain organized repair facilities
- Manage all crews
- Daily and weekly scheduling
- Manage maintenance costs within budget
- Contribute to fleet realignment
- Complete routine reports and correspondence
Qualifications
- Certified mechanic (heavy equipment or automotive)
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Previously managed staff
- Ability to deal with customer issues
- Attention to detail
- Expertise in engine, transmission, brake, and suspension systems
- Expertise in truck and heavy equipment operation, diesel and gas engines, and hydraulic systems
- Proficient in multitasking, communication, and basic computer applications
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing company vehicles and equipment
- Skilled in calculating percentages, area, volume, and metric grams
