About the role
At RSM Australia, our Financial Modelling team sits within the broader Corporate Finance group, where Directors play a key role in managing projects and teams. This responsibility includes managing multiple projects, staff and client relationships in a rapidly growing team, playing a key role in the leadership team. The role will involve taking the lead on projects which require a high level of advisory input and structuring advice. There is also a strong responsibility for business development, stakeholder management, technical capabilities and staff development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management - Ensuring that projects are developed inline with client requirements, whilst managing costs, timing and communication to deliver a strong client experience

Opportunity Development - The ability to quickly respond to any inbound referral opportunity, and work collaboratively to develop a response to demonstrate our ability to meet the specific requirements

Business Development - Leveraging both your existing relationships, and any new introductions,
-
Team Development - Working with other team members across the national team to help develop and grow their technical and client interaction capabilities
-
Technical Proficiency - Given the specific technical requirements of the team's work, it is critical to be able to develop and review models in a manner that aligns with team best practice standards and approaches

10+ years' experience in Professional Services or industry Corporate Development roles

4 - 5 years managing a team

Strong ethical standards

Business development experience

Excellent time management skills

Strong communication and report writing skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
