Job Purpose & Responsibilities
The City of Cold Lake is seeking a qualified individual to fill the 3-month term position of Turf Staff at the Cold Lake Golf + Winter Club with the Community Services department.
Reporting to the Golf Superintendent, this position is responsible for:
Assisting with golf course maintenance and beautification
Landscape and mow playing surfaces
Raking sand traps
Assist with general maintenance of the course, fields, and building
Hours of work for this position are 40 hours a week with day shifts, weekdays, and some weekends.
Wage for this position is $20.66/hr
Qualifications & Competencies
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to use hand tools and other equipment
Previous experience in golf course operations is considered an asset
Class 5 driver's license

This position is within the scope of AUPE Local 118/016, and as such you will be required to adhere to articles contained within the Collective Agreement.
