We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused IT Project Coordinator to drive successful delivery of technology-related initiatives. In this role, you will support the Project Manager and act as the connective tissue between clients, project teams, and our front-line Customer Service Representatives.
This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cultivating client relationships, and takes pride in elevating the customer experience from kickoff through post-launch support.
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to develop, monitor, and update project plans, schedules, and deliverables
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items
- Translate client requirements into clear project tasks and manage progress
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely execution and alignment with expectations
- Coordinate communications between clients, internal teams and other stakeholders
- Maintain and organize comprehensive project documentation with accuracy and accessibility
- Assist with identifying and documenting project risks or issues and tracking their resolution
- Update project status updates, internal reports and support the preparation of presentations or internal communications for decision-making and stakeholder engagement
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or junior project support role, preferably in an IT or technology-driven environment
- Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Hybrid) and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Outstanding attention to detail, with a talent for keeping information organized and up-to-date
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across teams and with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and comfort learning and adapting to new software platforms
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn
