SPECTRA is an ISO full service aluminum parts supplier with 5 manufacturing facilities in Ontario, Head Offices in Bradford, We have opportunity at our:
Vaughan Facility FOR Inventory Coordinator
The ideal candidate should have a min. 2 years of related experience. Duties include communication and co-ordination with all levels within the organization from the Plant Manager directly to the shop floor, making various reports, maintain plant material levels for all departments, and responsible for weekly spot audits and quarterly full facility audits. Excellent professional written & verbal communication skills required. Must be committed to delivering superior customer service, have excellent telephone skills and have the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to co-ordination with all levels within the organization from the Plant Manager directly to the shop floor.
- Varying levels of Data entry
- Review and maintain accurate daily production schedules
- Review and follow up on email requests from other facilities
- Review daily reports
- Review daily production work postings
- Investigate work center posting issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
