Administrative Support Class II

Required for St. Paul Regional High School

A full-time Administrative Support Class II is required for St. Paul Regional High School****commencing August 20, 2025.

St. Paul Regional High School, located in St. Paul, Alberta, is a Grade 10-12 school with approximately 350 students.

Applicants must possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. This position requires superior computer skills with an ability to quickly learn a variety of programs and management systems, including Excel, Word, Publisher and the Google Suite of applications. Experience with SIS (PowerSchool) and PASI will be considered an asset. Responsibilities include maintenance and updating of school records, extensive financial management, telephone, reception, and other duties as required.

We serve 3640 students (K-12), including Catholic, First Nation, Mennonite, Hutterite and Home Schooling learners. Our 19 definable school sites are staffed by approximately 232 FTE teaching staff and 293 support staff.
