Seed and Crop Protection Program Manager (Canada)
About the role
Come join the Canada Programs Team as a Program Manager! The key responsibilities of this position are to lead the execution of our Canadian programs, ensuring that we make timely and accurate payments to our customers. You would work closely with the rest of the Program Team and our Data Provider, AgData, to ensure we are prepared to execute our payment season successfully.
What You'll Do
- Lead our payment calendar.
- Ensure all stakeholders understand our programs, how, and when they will pay.
- Create program logic specification documents.
- Build complex program calculators.
- Calculate payment and/or audit payment calculation of our programs.
- Analyze our program results, providing key insights to various stakeholders.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Business, or Marketing required, will consider other degrees with related field sales experience.
- Advanced proficiency and fondness of Microsoft platforms: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.
- Agility to adapt to a rapidly changing business.
- Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking.
- An overall strong sense of curiosity and eagerness to learn.
