Are you interested? We are looking for our next Customs Specialist to join our Customs Impo****rt department.

• Location: 1804 Alstep Drive, Unit 1, Mississauga, ON, CANADA, L5S 1W1

Your main tasks will be to:

• Process files awaiting review for quality control
• Create and maintain customer databases to ensure customs release
• Confirm released files within prescribed deadlines
• Respond to customer requests
• Keep customer profiles up to date
• Resolve problems in collaboration with various departments.
• Communicate with customers to advise of missing information
• Participate in the integration of new customers

What we are looking for:

• You are bilingual in French and English in order to be able to communicate with your future colleagues and clients based throughout Canada and the world.
• You have studied logistics or a related field and have knowledge of PGAs, SIMA and surtaxes
• You possess a CCS certification, an asset
• You have significant experience in customs and with an international freight forwarder
• You are autonomous, proactive and pay attention to detail
• You like teamwork and are motivated to take on new challenges!
