Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher, located in Fredericton, NB. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service calls, managing the daily schedule of technicians, and handling customer inquiries. Additionally, the Dispatcher will maintain effective communication between customers and the service team, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using scheduling and dispatch software
• Experience in the HVAC or mechanical services industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
