About The Position
- We are searching for a permanent Senior Corporate Financial Analyst to join our Finance team.
- PBC’s compensation program is built on a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding both individual and organizational achievements. The typical hiring range for this position is $95,400- $143,200 per year, with the starting salary determined based on a combination of skills, education, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, you’ll be eligible for our annual bonus program.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact The Senior Corporate Financial Analyst will focus on delivering data-driven financial insights through detailed reporting, advanced modelling, and continuous performance analysis.
In this role, you will prepare detailed financial reports, commentaries, and presentation materials for the Board and senior leadership, translating budget and resource data into insights that guide staffing and resourcing decisions.
You will support the Profit & Loss (P&L) reforecasting process, continuously refining methodologies to improve accuracy and support timely, data-driven investment decisions.
In this role, you will analyze financial and operational performance against budgets and forecasts, highlight trends, risks, and opportunities, and prepare recommendations that directly impact staffing and resource planning.
You will build advanced financial models and business cases to evaluate major investments, new initiatives, and operational improvements, delivering ROI and cost-benefit analyses that inform workflows, workloads, and resourcing decisions.
In this role, you will develop tools and dashboards, such as those built in Power BI, to improve financial visibility and uncover actionable insights across products, services, claims, and customer segments.
You will also prepare financial assessments for strategic initiatives, integrating both quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate value, risks, and implementation considerations that shape how resources and processes are deployed.
Key Experiences You Bring To This Role
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business with a major in Accounting or Finance, or related discipline.
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
- 8+ years of related experience in financial analysis and reporting including:
- experience with large ERP systems (Workday) and working with large sets of data.
- experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning, Excel, SQL, and PowerBI to build financial models, reports, dashboards, and analytical tools
- experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business case analysis.
