About the role

Your Mission:

As a Senior SaaS Growth Executive, you will play a strategic role in accelerating our customer acquisition, particularly with agencies and large enterprises adopting AI for web and app projects. You will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities and driving our market expansion as part of an ambitious, experienced team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and engage new enterprise customers or agencies through multi-channel outreach (calls, email, social selling, networking, etc.).
  • Qualify and nurture high-potential MQL & SQL leads, building trusted relationships with decision-makers (CMO, CTO, C-suite).
  • Drive and structure a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to qualified meetings, optimizing conversion rates along the way.
  • Deeply understand client business challenges and clearly demonstrate DNG.AI’s strategic value tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine our messaging and maximize demand generation.
  • Maintain constant awareness of SaaS, AI, and digital marketing industry trends as well as the competitive landscape.
  • Contribute to the development of advanced lead generation, nurturing, and sales funnel optimization strategies.

Your Profile:

  • 4-5+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally within SaaS, MarTech, or digital agencies.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, account mapping, negotiation, and closing high-value deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, fluent in both English and French, with the ability to influence and convince C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) and advanced social selling techniques.
  • Passion for innovation, high autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, and a preference for fast-paced, growth environments.
  • Experience with AI solutions for marketing or content is a significant plus.
