- Lead the design and implementation of IBM Sterling solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise the integration of Sterling OMS with existing systems ensuring seamless data flow and process optimization.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for effective solution delivery.
- Collaborate with collaborators to find opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of Sterling solutions supporting the companys growth objectives.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to guarantee quality and performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Monitor system performance and solve issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct training sessions for team members and collaborators.
- Support the project management team in planning and completing project deliverables.
