About the role
We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead capital attraction and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong TradFi and DeFi background, ready to engage with institutional clients and drive impactful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company and portfolio products to Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), Family Offices, VCs, and Hedge Funds.
- Design customized product solutions to maximize sales conversions.
- Achieve revenue and Total Value Locked (TVL) targets for the North American region.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to enhance lead generation through your network.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and partners.
- Represent the company at industry conferences to foster growth-driving connections.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of business development experience, with at least 2 years in the crypto space.
- Deep knowledge of traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.
- Proven track record of attracting capital and forging strategic partnerships within the institutional financial ecosystem.
- Strong network and ability to engage with high-level stakeholders.
