🔑 Core Responsibilities
•Run power-flow, short-circuit & dynamic-stability studies (PSSE / PSLF)
•Lead feasibility & interconnection analyses for utilities + IPPs
•Assess critical-clearing times, relay settings & overall system reliability
•Build / refine detailed PSSE, PSLF, PSCAD models 🛠️
•Craft proposals & client-ready technical reports; present findings 🎤
•Mentor junior engineers & support biz-dev pursuits 🤝
✅ Must-Have Credentials
•BSEE 🎓 & Active PE license 🔒
•10+ years in transmission planning / studies
•Deep hands-on with PSSE, PSLF (or equivalent)
•Exceptional technical-writing & client-facing communication skills
