About the role

Permanent Full Time

The Plan Structure Data Associate is responsible for establishing and maintaining PAS, BEN, Benny Central, Tandem, and GLI records for the purpose of claims payments, billing, and collection of premiums, while meeting or exceeding departmental service and quality performance standards. PSD Associates are also required to review their own work for accuracy to ensure accurate claims payments and accurate billing statements for clients. PSD Associates may be selected to be involved in departmental projects or to complete client reviews.

What you will do:

  • Maintain a caseload of complex and non-complex new groups and amendments, which includes:
  • Maintain, and establish digital records for the purposes of claims payments, billing, and premium collections,
  • Creation or modification of existing dental calculations, creation of initial billings, processing or verifying billing adjustments,
  • Communicate plan set-up details or deviations with the applicable department,
  • Reviewing and mastering applications for accuracy and completeness and identifying potential problem situations.

  • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.
  • Reliability Status security clearance - this is a personnel security status that is required before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website

The base salary for this position is between $40,300.00 - $67,000.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
