About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager-Food, the Marketing Coordinator is a member of the Lassonde Snacks Division marketing department. This role has a strong focus on innovation and project management, supporting the ongoing development and implementation of the innovation pipeline, working on national brands under the SunRype banner including Fruit to Go, FruitSource and Good Bites.

Key activities
Innovation focus:
Daily collaboration with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, Sales, Category Management as required on specific projects.
Coordination of key aspects of multiple innovation initiatives simultaneously (timelines, resources, budgets, launch activities).
Attending and supporting regular product tastings/evaluations and innovation line trials in the production plant.
Compiling competitive analyses and market/consumer insights to support development of business case for launch.
Coordinating consumer research initiatives (testing, optimization, pre-launch validation).
Participating in the annual planning process.
Support the development of financial analyses related to new product development.
Team Partnership:
Working in conjunction with key sales team members to execute the in-market launch of new products including the development and coordination of samples, sell sheets, presentations, display materials, and trade show materials.
External Agency Partnership:
Participating in briefing and managing the ongoing coordination of design projects including packaging and print materials.
Required training and experience
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business management or related field.
3+ years’ experience in marketing or project management.
Experience within consumer products, food or beverage industries.
Skills sought
Strong written, presentation and communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong collaborative mindset and proven ability to work well with others across various departments and regions.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
Bilingual (English/French) is a plus.
