Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, assisting in strategic planning, managing client relationships, coordinating with team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Other responsibilities include contributing to business development activities, managing budgets, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic planning, business development, and budget management
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to oversee daily operations and coordinate with team members
  • Knowledge of compliance and company policies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with relevant software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
