SUMMARY – Intern
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
KEY ACTIVITIES
During the Internship, you will:
- Complete a project to develop an onboarding program for either corporate employees or drivers
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify onboarding that are consistent for all employees, and those that are role/department specific
- Research best practices in onboarding to ensure employee engagement from day 1
- Ensure our DE&I principles are represented at every stage of onboarding
- Identify creative ways to leverage technology to ensure a consistent onboarding experience across all of our locations
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of DE&I principles, federal labour laws and human rights legislation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional MS Excel skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
