Your Mission:

• Guide clients through vehicle services with clarity, empathy, and confidence
• Educate customers on maintenance, repairs, and long-term vehicle care
• Stay on top of warranty programs and handle claims like a pro
• Take ownership of the client experience—from drop-off to follow-up
• Be a trusted teammate who makes the entire shop more effective

Compensation & Perks:

• Base salary of $66,000/year plus aggressive performance incentives

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating Saturdays
