- Maintain professionalism in the hospitality industry
- Take ownership and handle tasks independently
- Deliver proven guest service
- Communicate effectively with clarity and simplicity, both verbally and in writing
- Be willing to be cross-trained in all areas of guest services
- Handle conflict with strong resolution skills
- Remain on your feet throughout the shift
Qualifications:
- Proven computer skills: OPERA, Excel, Word
- Organized, self-motivated, and service-oriented
- Availability for back-shift: 11pm – 7am, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
