About the role
DESCRIPTION:

Partner with stakeholders from across business units to gather and document requirements for strategic Web / Cloud / Windows based software changes.
-
Conduct meetings to facilitate requirements gathering; end-user testing; and to address / troubleshoot complex issues, to ensure client satisfaction is achieved and business potential is maximized.
-
Create comprehensive testing plans; assist with deployment; and training of new software releases
-
Provide second level end-user support for employees
-
Perform troubleshooting; analysis; and suggest solutions
-
Prepare weekly BA reports and other reports as necessary
-
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive work environment for employees and act as a positive change agent in supporting BV’s new initiatives (operational and cultural)
-
Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
5+ years of Business Analysis
-
Proven ability to manage all (non-development) aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for both Web / Cloud / Windows based software, using Agile Methodology
-
Strong problem solving / troubleshooting / time management / planning skills
-
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both development and non-development staff
-
Attentive to the needs of customers (both internal and external to the organization).

Proficient with MS Office applications
Preferences:
- Business Analysis Certification or equivalent
- PMP Certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Postman (as a testing tool), SQL Queries
