This role will be the right hand to the Sales Manager, providing coaching and mentoring to the sales consultant teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the RV buying process with expert advice and product knowledge.

- Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Work collaboratively with the finance and service departments to complete sales efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest RV trends, models, and features.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales in a similar environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
- Passion for travel and outdoor lifestyles is an asset.
