This position is with our Consumer Brands business unit – where we empower our employees to bring the best Laundry & Home Care and Hair products to people around the world.

What you´ll do
- Principal objective is to increase sales of Henkel Consumer Brands Hair Professional Brands by manage the daily business relationship of our key salon or beauty supply chains within the direct sales organization.
- Work with the Business Director to develop comprehensive Sales Plans to achieve annual by channel NES targets.
- Lead Buyer’s Guides process which includes developing presentations, allocating quantities, presenting promotions and obtaining promotional commitments per customer.
- Manage and deliver monthly sales targets by customer and report back on them.
- Execute routed customer sales calls to evaluate and report back on brand strategies and find opportunities to increase share of wallet within the Henkel Hair Professional brand portfolio.
- Conduct quarterly business review meetings with customers to help achieve purchase targets.
- Create and maintain POG and in store promotional and educational calendars per customer and action them.
- Work with Regional Education Managers to target and secure new business opportunities and provide monthly reports on their progress.
- Responsible for managing and reporting back on all L17 spends associate by channel.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor of Arts
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the professional beauty industry.
- Strong leadership skills; ability to influence others and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze challenges, adopt effective course of action and execute.
- Strong prioritization skills, including ability to balance multiple tasks and re-prioritize as needed.
- Must have systems proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
