We are seeking an Enthusiastic Cannabis Budtender & Cannaseur to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a personable, approachable, and driven professional who demonstrates reliability, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for the cannabis industry. As a Cannaseur at Eggs Canna excelling in building meaningful connections with customers while assisting customers in selecting cannabis products and providing excellent customer service in a dispensary setting will be a key aspect of your role.

Eggs Canna is proud to have originated as part of the historic and grass roots movement in British Columbia. Our founders have grown their brand since 2014 and are one of Vancouver's existing Legacy Operators in the new age of cannabis retail. Their passion is the driving force behind our growing Eggs Canna brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner
• Educate customers on different strains, products, consumption methods, and effects
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are neatly displayed
• Upsell products to increase sales revenue
• Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with regulations

Skills

• Proficiency in POS systems and basic office software
• Ability to upsell products effectively
• Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and files accurately
• Cannabis Experience is a plus
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
• Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
• Excellent communication skills in English to interact with customers effectively

Under the general direction of the Store Manager and/ or theTeam Lead**,** the Cannaseuris accountable for the day-to-day customer service on the retail sales floor. Our team are integral parts of our sales team. They are product champions and the first resource for customers.

• Leadership experience in a retail or hospitality setting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
