Requirements:
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset
- Must have strong verbal communication skills in the English language
- Willingness to interact daily with clients/donors from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
- Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
- Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
- A customer service “superstar”
- History of reliability and dependability
- Strong ability to communicate over the phone
- Someone who’s not afraid to do donor acquisitions
Job Type:
- TYPE: Full-time
- WORKING DAYS: 4-5 days/week, Monday to Friday
- HOURS: Full hours, from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM
- WORK TYPE: In-person (not remote)

Role Description:
- The representative will campaign for amazing humanitarian projects, speak with donors, residential home-owners, and verify donor information
- The representative will develop a rapport with donors, demonstrate a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the organization and its brand at all times.
- The representative will participate in orientation and put their skills to immediate and meaningful use
- Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team
- Familiarize self with current information about projects and campaigns
- Accurately record customer demographics, or other information digitally or in written form
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
