About the role

BDE & Associates (bdeandassociates.com) is looking for interested candidates with SALES or CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences to conduct face-to-face marketing and donor acquisitions for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Customer service or sales experience is an asset
  • Must have strong verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Willingness to interact daily with clients/donors from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
  • Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
  • Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
  • A customer service “superstar”
  • History of reliability and dependability
  • Strong ability to communicate over the phone
  • Someone who’s not afraid to do donor acquisitions

Job Type:

  • TYPE: Full-time
  • WORKING DAYS: 4-5 days/week, Monday to Friday
  • HOURS: Full hours, from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM
  • WORK TYPE: In-person (not remote)
  • ***PLEASE NOTE: We do not currently offer a 9 AM to 5 PM position for this role

Role Description:

  • The representative will campaign for amazing humanitarian projects, speak with donors, residential home-owners, and verify donor information
  • The representative will develop a rapport with donors, demonstrate a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the organization and its brand at all times.
  • The representative will participate in orientation and put their skills to immediate and meaningful use
  • Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team
  • Familiarize self with current information about projects and campaigns
  • Accurately record customer demographics, or other information digitally or in written form

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
