Job Description
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
-
Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming deliveries of materials and supplies
-
Organizing and storing inventory in designated warehouse areas using proper labeling and categorization
-
Maintaining accurate inventory records using manual logs and/or warehouse management systems (WMS)
-
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment based on sales or distribution schedules
-
Monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of low inventory or potential shortages
-
Performing regular physical inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies
-
Ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety standards are maintained in the warehouse at all times
-
Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or dollies as needed (training provided if necessary)

Collaborating with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to coordinate supply chain activities
-
Assisting with periodic audits and inventory reporting
Qualifications
To Join Our Team:
- You have experience in a warehouse, inventory, or supply chain environment (preferred)
- You have good knowledge of inventory software and basic computer skills
- You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- You are capable of lifting and moving heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods
- You hold a forklift certification (an asset)
- You have good communication and teamwork skills
