As a Food Services Team Lead with VCH you will:

• Be responsible for overseeing and participating in the delivery of retail food services to customers and leading designated staff.
• Maintain supplies, and ensure safety, food quality and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Grade 12, plus two (2) years’ recent, related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Food Safe Certificate Level 1.
  Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Ability to supervise.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to deal with others effectively.
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
• Ability to organize work.
• Ability to operate related equipment
  Additional skill assets:
  • Great at building connection with customers
  • Barista or Starbucks experience
  • Supervisor experience
  • Food Service Production experience
  Work Day availability needed: Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday
