Omni Sport is an athletic industry equipment manufacturer that serves recreational facilities in North America and Worldwide. With personnel that were instrumental in the inception of dasher board manufacturing, we are proudly driving the continuing evolution of modern manufacturing for dasher board systems and other recreational facility equipment.

Scope of Work

The primary responsibility is the preparation and application of cladding materials to dasher board systems. This role involves the use of a variety of hand and power tools within a shop environment. Most work is conducted indoors, minimizing exposure to adverse weather conditions.

Additional tasks may be assigned as required, depending on project needs. On occasion, support may be needed for off-site installations, typically once every two months for a duration of approximately 7–10 days. These off-site opportunities provide valuable exposure to the final installation phase and offer broader insight into the full project lifecycle.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dependable, hard-working individual to join our team at Omni Sport Inc. The ideal candidate is:

• Reliable, self-motivated, and has a strong work ethic
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Able to support occasional off-site work (typically once every two months for 7–10 days)
• Known for punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to scheduled work hours
• Experienced in maintaining a high level of attention to detail, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications
• Able to read and interpret blueprints or plans (optional, but preferred)
• Proficient in the safe operation of power tools and machinery
• Physically capable of performing manual labour tasks:
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable being on their feet for extended periods

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Construction or Manufacturing
• Valid CSTS 2020 certification
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
