Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure clarity on project deliverables and timelines.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
- Utilize Salesforce to track account activities, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in account management or a related field with a focus on sales and business development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to inform business strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.

Pay: $36,294.06-$102,200.09 per year
