We are a growing BC business and one of Canada’s leading manufacturers of nutritional supplements, dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers.
In this role, you will:
- Scanning physical documents into digital format
- Saving documents as PDF
- Uploading PDFs into SharePoint
- Reviewing documents for errors, mistakes or missing information
- Entering data into Excel
- Labelling and storing physical documents after digitization
You have:
- Completed a diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with operating computers and scanners/printers
- The ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
- The ability to adhere to all given instructions and work procedures
- A positive attitude and effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
